No. You can participate at your own pace. All sessions are recorded and available to view at any time.
4. How do I set my goals?
In the app, choose a category—Body, Mind, or Intellect—and click "Set Goal." Once selected, multiple subcategories will appear so you can choose the best fit. Set your goal and track your progress over time.
5. How do I set a SMART goal?
A SMART goal is one that is:
S – Specific: Clearly define what you want to achieve.
M – Measurable: Ensure your goal can be tracked.
A – Achievable: Set a realistic target.
R – Relevant: Align it with your personal growth.
